Timeline

Planner

The Timeline section shows you the day-of schedule for your event and lets you provide the venue with the information needed for each moment of the day.

Accessing the timeline

From the sidebar, click "Timeline" to view your event's schedule. The timeline becomes available once the venue shares it with you.

My Timeline page — journey view with day-of points

If the timeline is not yet visible, it means the venue hasn't shared it yet. You'll find it here as soon as it's ready.

Reading the timeline

The timeline presents the day's moments in chronological order with a vertical journey path layout. For each point you can see:

  • Start time and optional end time
  • Point name (e.g., "Ceremony", "First dance", "Cake cutting")
  • Location where it takes place, if specified by the venue
  • Venue note with guidance or suggestions for you

Points without a set time are shown at the bottom with a "To be defined" label.

Filling in requested information

Some timeline points contain fields to fill in: these are details the venue needs from you to organize the day.

  1. Find points with the "Fill in" button Points requiring your attention show a count of fields to complete and a "Fill in" button.
  2. Click "Fill in" A dedicated dialog will open with the fields to complete. Possible field types include: free text, time selection, yes/no choice, number, single choice and multiple choice.
  3. Complete and submit your answers Once you've filled in the fields, click "Submit answers". Your responses will be visible to the venue.

Take your time

You can fill in points at different times — there's no need to complete everything at once. Each point's status shows you what you've already filled in.

Editing your answers

As long as the venue hasn't approved a point, you can edit your answers. Click "Edit answers" on an already completed point to update the information.

Revisions requested by the venue

The venue can request a revision on an already completed point. In this case you'll see an orange alert with a note from the venue explaining what needs to be changed.

Click "Reply" to open the dialog, update your answers according to the request and resubmit them.
