Managing RSVP¶
Planner
RSVP tracking lets you know at any time how many guests have confirmed, who is still pending and who has declined.
RSVP Statuses¶
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The guest hasn't responded to the invitation yet |
| Confirmed | The guest will attend the event |
| Declined | The guest won't be able to attend |
Updating RSVP status¶
When a guest communicates their response, click the guest in the list to open the edit dialog, update the RSVP status and add notes if needed. You can also filter the list by RSVP status to quickly see who still needs to respond, count confirmed guests or check declined ones.
Keep the list updated
Regularly updating RSVP statuses will help you have an accurate guest count, essential for table and service planning.
