Adding Guests¶

Planner

You can add your guests one at a time by filling in a simple form with all necessary information.

Procedure¶

From the Guests page, click "Add Guest" and fill in the following:

• First and Last Name — required
• Email and Phone — optional, useful for future communications
• Guest type — Adult (standard), Child (may have a dedicated menu), Infant (doesn't occupy a table seat) or Vendor (photographer, DJ, etc.)
• Side — weddings only: groom, bride or common (invited by both)
• Plus one — if the guest can bring a companion
• Dietary requirements — dietary restrictions, allergies and meal preferences
• Notes — any additional information

The guest will be added to the list with "Pending" RSVP status.
