My Event¶
Planner
The My Event page collects all your event information. It's the reference point to check details and organization status.
Event Details¶
On this page you'll find: event title, date and time, assigned hall (with description and photos if configured by the venue), event status, expected and confirmed guest count, theme and color palette (if configured) and notes. If the venue has configured financial information, you'll also see the budget, total cost calculated based on selections and deposit paid.
Data managed by the venue
Event information is configured and updated by your venue. If you notice incorrect or missing data, use Messages to report it.
Day-of timeline
The day's schedule is available in the Timeline section, accessible from the sidebar. From there you can view the schedule and fill in the information requested by the venue.
