Messages¶

Planner

The messaging system lets you communicate directly with your venue without using external channels like email or WhatsApp. All messages remain linked to your event.

Sending a message¶

From "Messages" in the sidebar, you'll find the complete conversation history. To send a new message, click "New Message", fill in subject (optional), content and attachments (optional), then send. You can reply to venue messages creating an organized conversation thread.

Unread messages are highlighted in the list and the count is visible on the dashboard and sidebar.
