Password Recovery

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via email.

How to recover your password

  1. Open the login page Go to the platform's login page.
  2. Click on "Forgot password?" You'll find the link below the password field.
  3. Enter your email Type the email address you registered with and click "Send recovery link".
  4. Check your inbox You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. The link has a limited expiration time.
  5. Choose a new password Click the link in the email, enter your new password and confirm it.

Expired link?

If the link has expired, repeat the procedure from the login page. A new link will be sent.

Not receiving the email?

Check your Spam or Junk folder. If the issue persists, contact your venue's support.
