Answers to the most common questions about using ISaidYeah.


General

What is ISaidYeah?

ISaidYeah is an event management platform that connects venues (reception halls) and planners (event organizers). The main focus is on weddings, but it also supports communions, baptisms, birthdays, corporate events and ceremonies. It lets you manage all aspects of organization: guests, tables, menus, documents, communications and much more.

Can I access it from a smartphone or tablet?

Yes, ISaidYeah is fully responsive and works on any device: computer, tablet and smartphone.

How do I switch between light and dark theme?

You'll find the theme toggle button at the bottom of the sidebar.


For Planners

I registered but I don't see any features. Why?

After registration, your account must be linked to an event by your venue. Until then you'll see a waiting screen. Contact your venue to check the status.

Can I edit event details (date, hall, etc.)?

No, event details are managed exclusively by the venue. If you notice incorrect information or want changes, use the Messages section to communicate with your venue.

How do I add a guest to the list?

From the Guests section, click "Add Guest" and fill in the form. For the complete guide, see Adding Guests.

How do I update a guest's RSVP status?

Click the guest in the list to open the edit dialog, then change the RSVP status. For more details, see Managing RSVP.

How do I assign guests to tables?

From the interactive map in the Tables section, or from the edit dialog for each guest. For the complete guide, see Assigning Guests.

How do I sign a document?

Download the document, sign it and upload the signed version to the platform. For the complete guide, see Documents.

I'm not receiving emails from the platform. What should I do?

Check your Spam or Junk folder. If the issue persists, contact your venue to verify the email address is correct.


For Venue Admins

How can I register my venue on ISaidYeah?

Self-registration for venues is not currently available. To activate your venue, contact the ISaidYeah team.

How do I create a new event?

From the Events section, click "New Event", select the event type and fill in the form. For the complete guide, see Creating an Event.

How do I link a planner to an event?

From the event detail header, use the "Assign Planner" action and select the account from the user list. For more details, see Planner Management.

How do I create a hall layout?

From the Halls section, select a hall and access the Layout section. Create a new layout, upload the floor plan and use the Layout Designer to position tables. For the complete guide, see Hall Layout.

Can I reuse the same layout for multiple events?

Yes, layouts are reusable. You can apply the same layout to different events. Each event will have its own copy of tables generated from the layout.

How do I manage seasonal dishes?

When creating or editing a dish, you can specify the availability period (start and end month). Out-of-season dishes won't be visible to planners.

How does the document workflow work?

The flow is: To sign (document uploaded) → Under review (planner uploaded signed version) → Signed (approved by admin). For the complete guide, see Documents & Signatures.


Technical Issues

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

From the login page, click "Forgot password?" and follow the procedure. For the complete guide, see Password Recovery.

The page won't load or shows errors.

Try reloading the page (F5), clearing the browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Del), trying a different browser or checking your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact support.

I can't upload a file (document or image).

Verify that the file doesn't exceed the maximum allowed size, the format is supported (PDF, JPG, PNG) and the connection is stable during upload.
