The statistics section provides an analytical overview of your venue, with aggregated KPIs across all events.

Overview¶

Access the "Statistics" section from the sidebar to view your venue's global data.

Statistics collect data from all events and present them in aggregate form: total number of events (by status), total guests with RSVP detail, financial summary (budget, costs, deposits), time trends and distribution by event type, hall and catalog usage.

Statistics help you make informed decisions: understand which halls are most requested, monitor booking trends, analyze guest distribution and verify the financial status of events.
