Table Templates¶

Table templates are predefined models that define the shape, size and capacity of tables. Once created, they can be reused across all layouts and events.
Template List¶
From the "Table Templates" section in the menu, you'll see all configured templates with shape, default seats and status.
Creating a template¶
Click "New Template" and configure the following fields: Name (e.g., "Round 10 seats", "Large Imperial"), Shape (round, rectangular, imperial or oval), Default seats with min/max range for adjustments, and optionally Dimensions (width and length in cm) and identifying Color.
The template will be available in the hall layout palette and table creation.
Available shapes:

Editing templates
Editing a template does not affect tables already created in events. Existing tables keep the configuration they were created with.
