The tables section lets you configure the event's tables and assign guests to each seat, with an interactive map view.

Creating a table

From the Tables tab in the event detail, click "New Table" and configure: name (optional), table number (auto-assigned, editable), shape (round, rectangular, imperial, oval), seat count, template (optional), head table and notes.

Assigning guests to tables

You can assign a guest to a table from the guest dialog (selecting the table from a dropdown) or from the interactive map view, where you can drag guests directly onto tables.


Kitchen Summary

The kitchen summary provides an aggregated view useful for service preparation: total guests per table, dietary requirements, allergies and meal preferences grouped together.

Apply a layout

If you've configured Hall Layouts, you can apply one to automatically create all tables with predefined positions.
