Guests & RSVP¶

Guest management lets you keep the entire guest list for each event under control, monitor confirmations and manage each guest's special requirements.
Guest List¶
From the Guests tab in the event detail, you'll see the complete table of guests with all key information. At the top, statistics cards show a real-time summary: total guests, confirmed, pending, declined, and distribution by type and side.
Adding a guest¶
Click "Add Guest" and fill in: name, surname, email and phone (optional), guest type (adult, child, infant, vendor), side (groom, bride or common — weddings only), plus one, dietary restrictions, allergies, meal preference, VIP and notes. The guest will be added with "Pending" RSVP status.
Managing RSVP status¶
Each guest has an RSVP status: Pending, Confirmed or Declined. To update it, click the guest in the list and edit the RSVP field in the detail dialog.
Filters and search¶
The guest list offers advanced filters by RSVP status, guest type, side and assigned table, letting you quickly find who you're looking for.
Export¶
You can export the guest list via the Export menu, useful for sharing data with other collaborators or for printing.
Invitations and tracking
You can mark whether an invitation has been sent for each guest, with the send date. This helps you track the communication flow.
