Messages¶

The integrated messaging system lets you communicate directly with the planner for each event, maintaining an organized history of all conversations.

Message List¶

From the Messages tab in the event detail, you'll see the complete conversation history with the planner, sorted chronologically.

Sending a message¶

Click "New Message", fill in subject (optional), content and attachments (optional), then send. The message will be immediately visible to the planner in their messages area. You can reply to the planner's messages directly from the conversation, creating an organized thread.

Each message shows the read status: you can see if the planner has viewed your messages and when.
