Documents & Signatures¶
Venue Admin
The documents system lets you manage contracts, quotes and any file that requires review or signing by the planner, with a tracked workflow.
Document List¶
From the Documents tab in the event detail, you'll see all uploaded documents with their status.
Uploading a document¶
Click "Upload Document" and fill in: title, description (optional), document type (contract, quote, attachment), file to upload and signing deadline (optional). The document will be uploaded with "To sign" status.
Signing workflow¶
Each document follows a three-phase process:

| 1 | To sign | The document has been uploaded and awaits the planner's signature |
| 2 | Under review | The planner has uploaded the signed version, awaiting admin verification |
| 3 | Signed | The document has been verified and approved |
When the planner uploads the signed version, the status changes to "Under review". As admin you can view the signed document, approve the signature (moving status to "Signed") or request a new signature if the document is incorrect.
Deadlines
Always set a deadline on important documents. It will help you track pending contracts from the dashboard and statistics.
