Appointments¶
Venue Admin
The appointments system lets you plan all meetings with the planner: from initial site visits to tastings, planning meetings and contract signings.
Creating an appointment¶
From the Appointments tab in the event detail, click "New Appointment" and fill in: title, type (site visit, tasting, planning, signing or other), date and time, duration, location or virtual meeting link, description (optional) and internal notes visible only to the admin. The appointment will be created with "Pending" status.
Appointment statuses¶
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | The appointment has been proposed, awaiting confirmation |
| Confirmed | The appointment is confirmed by both parties |
| Rescheduled | The appointment has been moved to a new date/time |
| Cancelled | The appointment has been cancelled (with optional reason) |
If an appointment needs to be moved, you can reschedule it with a new date and time. To cancel, you can provide a cancellation reason that will also be visible to the planner.
Global view in Agenda
All appointments from all events are also visible in the Agenda section, which offers a cross-event calendar view.
