Managing an Event¶
Venue Admin
After creating an event, you can edit its details, manage its status and, when necessary, lock or delete it.
Editing an event¶
From the event detail page, click the edit icon () in the header. A dialog will open with all editable fields: title, date, time, hall, budget, theme, notes and expected guest count.
Event statuses¶
Each event follows a well-defined lifecycle. The status can be updated as the organization progresses.

| Draft | Newly created event, in initial setup phase |
| Confirmed | The event has been confirmed by the venue and planner |
| In Progress | The event day has arrived |
| Completed | The event has concluded successfully |
| Cancelled | The event has been cancelled |
Status transitions
The status can be changed from the event detail page via the actions available in the header.
Locking an event¶
When an event is finalized and you don't want further changes, you can lock the event. A locked event prevents accidental changes to guests, tables and selections.
Deleting an event¶
Caution
Deleting an event is irreversible. All associated data (guests, tables, documents, messages) will be permanently deleted.
To delete an event, go to the detail page and use the "Delete event" option. You'll be asked for confirmation before proceeding.
